I came to Dr. Ray highly recommended from a friend's Dentist. I am new here to AZ and did not have a dental health care professional in the area. I came to Dr. Ray after falling and breaking off most of my bottom teeth with a temporary appliance that was in my mouth for way to long ( over 12 years). It took a little time to get his team all to all be available on the same day. Totally worth the wait!! I was very nervous to have several teeth extracted and implant surgery... but his team was awesome... I woke up with a new smile with in a few hours. I had very minor pain and only needed over the counter Advil for a few days. I never needed to take the prescription narcotics! I had no bleeding and woke up the next day feeling like a new person. My Best friend that took me for my appointment was also very impressed with Dr Ray and his staff and will be also using him in the future when she is ready for her implant surgery. So far ... overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!

How do I count the ways I love Dr Ray?!!! He is AMAZING! Doctor of the century in my opinion (you'll think the same if you go see him) If you or your family need a oral surgeon, look no further. I'm SO glad I reached out to Canyon State Oral Surgery first! My 4.5 year old had an unfortunate fall with a vacuum cleaner attachment and ripped open the entire back of his mouth. My husband was out of town, and while I was in hysterics, Dr Ray was calm and collected the entire time. He walked me through what needed to be done and put my sons mouth back together. The next morning I received a call from Dr Ray seeing how his patient was and making sure I was giving him the right amount of meds, liquids, to not hesitate to call with any questions, and another reminder of foods to avoid. I never felt rushed with him or that my son was just another patient. Dr Ray was SO great with him! After that traumatic experience, we will be seeing Dr Ray for ALL our oral surgery needs (jaw surgeries in our future, thank you genetics ;)) His office is beautiful, staff is friendly, and he's the best- look no further!!!

Dr Ray was so amazing with my son! He was in a car accident after hours and this team jumped in to help my frightened family! His care and concern was above and beyond just his oral surgery treatment! The girls were so kind and Danielle (Office Manager) was sooo helpful with all the work she put into his insurance. The assistant (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was the sweetiest young lady coming in pregnant and after hours for our emergency. Words can’t say enough. I am a student in Arizona and am far from my home town and really needed my wisdom teeth out, I searched through several oral surgeons before landing on this one and Dr. Ray was great and very friendly as were all the staff. The extraction was quick and easy and I have since healed up nicely, I would definitely recommend Dr. Ray to anyone looking to get their wisdom teeth out!

First this is my sons email address not mine but in any case I was referred to them from the dentist who made mistakes doing my root canal. This doctor saw the seriousness of my situation and immediately made arrangements with Banner University Hospital. He put through instructions to the ER so that when I got here they new what to begin with. I’ve been in the hospital 1 week tomorrow and will have two weeks of IV antibiotics at home after my discharge so this was very serious. Had the doctor not realized how much trouble I was in I would literally be dead. The surgeons who performed two surgeries on my mouth and neck told me that had I waited I would have died from the infection. All of this was such a blur the doctor at canyon state really didn’t even get a chance to know me or for me to thank him. My family and I are so grateful for his expertise and rapid actions that save my life. I will never trust any dental provider like I will trust him. And I’m proof you can too thank you doctor

Love love love this team! Majority of patients who walk through their doors are extremly nervous with whatever procedure they might endure, but this entire team is extremly nice, understanding, confident in their abilities and overall amazing people. In fact, when I was waking up from anesthesia, I kept saying "They're so nice" 😁😂

Amazing staff and oral surgeon! My fiancé was having excruciating pain from impacted wisdom tooth and the staff was luckily able to get him in the same week. Insurance covered majority of surgery so he decided to have all 4 removed. Payment was due at time of surgery. Dr. Andrew Ray and his staff were very informative. My fiancé felt very comfortable at his initial consult & oral surgery visit. Highly recommend! (:
