First time visiting Canyon State Oral and Dental Implant surgery, what a pleasant experience! From the time I walked in the door greeted with a smile until the time I left, great staff working together as a team. Dr. Andrew Ray took great care of me, putting my mind at ease! I called 10 times to ask a question is they accept my insurance every time I get sent to their voice mail. It’s 3:20 pm the office should be open but I keep getting the voicemail. Definitely not calling again. You lost a potential new patient

As a Dental Hygienist, I have a different perspective on choosing an oral surgeon for my family. Every patient that I’ve seen that has had work done by Dr. Ray only has wonderful things to say about him and his office. Today, my dentally anxious daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed with sedation. Everything went great and we were done and on our way home in less than an hour. Without hesitation, I would refer my family to Dr. Ray for any of their oral surgery needs. You can be confident that you will get top-notch dental treatment and a safe and caring environment.

as someone who is terrified of dental work this was by far my easiest experience! helpful, sweet, and efficient staff! dr. ray made me feel so much better and was quick and painless. clean and comfortable office! overall wonderful!

I just had my wisdom teeth extracted two days ago and the whole time leading up I was nervous but Dr. Ray and his team made the whole process flow super easily and quite literally painlessly. I was sent home with ibuprofen and Tylenol but I barely felt the need to take any. I expected way more pain and uncomfortablility but again the entire surgery went great. Everyone was extremely kind and informative, patient enough to answer all my nervous questions and listen to my concerns. 100% would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr. Ray and Associates.

Disappointing chat communication and professionalism during new patient process. Felt abrupt and unprofessional, including messages with grammatical errors and unclear explanations. As a first-time oral surgery patient, this experience was concerning. The office manager did call to apologize for my experience and was extremely nice, empathetic and eager to help.

Dr. Ray and his staff were Amazing! My mother was in from out of town and was in a lot of pain from a broken tooth, a cavity in another tooth and infection in those areas. After seeing a wonderful dentist she was told she needed to have oral surgery to get them out. Canyon State Oral Surgery stepped up to the plate and allowed her to come in on the same day. My mother was a happy woman to get those teeth out and praised Dr. Ray and the staff for being so caring. Happy Momma, Happy Daughter! Thank you all!
